Rail Transit & High-Speed Railway Solutions

Beijing Puran Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized rail transit technology company with operations already covering Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, Mozambique, and Tanzania. Its African export business is expected to exceed RMB 60 million in 2026.

The company is launching its first integrated rail transit localization project in Egypt in 2026, including localized production and on-site technical guidance. Its products include high-speed railway braking systems, brake pads, dampers, and precision rail equipment certified under European Union standards, supporting trains operating above 300 km/h.

Puran is currently seeking support in government relations, railway authority connections, official tender channels, local compliance and cultural guidance, as well as reliable local partners and agents to support its Egypt project and long-term expansion across Africa.

Renewable Energy Cooperation in Africa


With the coordination of local partner institutions, DAS Solar is discussing renewable energy cooperation projects with several countries, supported by GCC’s facilitation and coordination.

International Healthcare & Medical Service Cooperation

Jijia (Beijing) International Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has begun expanding into key African markets including Egypt, Kenya, and Nigeria, focusing on cross-border medical referrals, high-end health management, reproductive healthcare services, medical facility cooperation, and public health support. Leveraging international medical resources, the company aims to further develop localized healthcare service networks across Africa.

Jijia is currently seeking stronger connections with African health ministries, medical institutions, and healthcare associations, while also requiring support in local medical compliance, licensing regulations, market access policies, and localized operational management. The company hopes to establish reliable long-term cooperation channels and better understand local business and healthcare cooperation models in Africa to support sustainable project implementation.

It possesses strong capabilities in high-end curtain wall construction, localized installation, and after-sales maintenance services across Africa.

Huatian is currently seeking stronger support in African government and project connections, official bidding channels, local subcontractor and agent resources, as well as guidance on local regulations, labor management, construction compliance, and building material standards. The company also hopes to strengthen risk management capabilities related to exchange rates, political security, overseas labor, and complex African standards systems while expanding into markets such as Algeria and Tunisia.

Promoting Chinese Brands Globally

In cooperation with the China Brand Innovation Development Program and the African Renaissance and Diaspora Network (ARDN), GCC supports Chinese companies seeking to present and develop their brands internationally. Through activities in multiple countries and engagement with the international diplomatic and multilateral community, participating enterprises gain opportunities to introduce their products, share best practices, and expand global recognition.

GCC is preparing several international cooperation initiatives scheduled for this year.

China–Pakistan Entrepreneurs Summit
The Summit will bring together enterprises, institutions, and partners from China and Pakistan to explore practical business cooperation, investment opportunities, and pilot project collaboration across multiple sectors.

World Mayors Conference
The Conference will convene city leaders from different countries to discuss urban development cooperation and to promote city-to-city partnerships and project-oriented collaboration.
